The candidate's responsibilities include:
* Processing payroll for multiple clients: weekly, monthly, fortnightly etc.
* Knowledge of all the current payroll regulations including SMP, SSP, student loans, AE, furlough etc.
* Ability to set up new starters and leavers
* Calculating and monitoring all statutory payments and ensuring current legislation is adhered to
* Administering the company's benefits
* Administer all Attachment of Earnings Orders/Direct Earnings Attachments and liaise with relevant authorities regarding any payment queries
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
* Must have a methodical approach with absolute attention to detail, a friendly and confident nature when dealing with clients
* Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently on your own or acting as a key member of the finance team
* Key communication skills across all levels of the finance & staff
