This is a brand-new role that has been created due to the company's growth and expected growth over the upcoming years. It is a brilliant opportunity to take control of the payroll and make it your own
The duties of this role will include:
- Manage Monthly Payroll process to assure all employees are paid on time and correctly
- Prepare and process P11Ds and advise the CFO of any changes to legislative requirement and compliance.
- Reconciliation of payroll control accounts monthly.
- Complete and post month end payroll journals on the Accounting Software as required.
- Resolve and respond to employee payroll/pensions-related questions and queries.
Skills and experience Required:
- Minimum three years' experience in senior payroll role
- Up to date knowledge of payroll and pension legislations
- Excellent IT skills
- Appropriate professional qualification (CIPP) Or working towards qualification
- Excellent time keeping and organisational skills
- Ability to deal with disputes and query resolution
Monday - Friday 37 Hours
25 days holiday + Bank holidays
