We have an opportunity for a Payroll Assistant to work as part of this busy Payroll team for one of the best employers in the region.
Based in Doncater you will help to ensure the accurate Payroll processes for 4-weekly and monthly Payrolls. Including:
*new starters & leavers
*salary changes
*maintaining employee pay information,
*answer queries and resolve problems
*expenses
*overtime allowances
*fuel and casual staff payments
*administration of the company Flexible Benefits Deductions (Cycle to Work, Child Care Vouchers, etc)
*administration of the Company Pension Schemes
*recording and monitoring of Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity and Statutory Paternity pay Scheme etc
*Processing of Voluntary Deductions (including: unions, gym, health scheme etc), administration of the P11d reporting of the Company Benefits in Kind.
*You will also produce various reports and any necessary internal checks or audits on data.
The successful candidate will have relevent experience within a Payroll department.
There is a starting salary of over £24l, rising to £25.5k following probation, plus a competitive benefits package.
