The package is £21,000, 5% discretionary performance bonus, 22 days annual leave, hybrid working (typically 2 days working from the office, 3 days working from home). There are other benefits including a cycle to work scheme, company pension and part funded private medical insurance.
The main duties of this role include:
* Calculating payable hours worked, including any commissions and bonuses.
* Calculating wages and salaries
* Calculating pay rises, shift payments and overtime compensation
* Processing starters and leavers
* Changing employee bank records, in order to process payments accurately
* Resolving issues that colleagues have surrounding timesheets, payslips and other payroll matters
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* Experience of working in Payroll administration or a similar role
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software)
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to solve problems and queries
