Key Skills:
- Confident with the use of Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working on accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage etc)
- Analytical mind
- Critical thinking skills
Duties:
- Maintaining accounts
- Processing of sales and purchase invoicing
- Covering credit control, payroll, expenses and invoices when required
- Month end account reconciliations
- Calculation of accruals, prepayments and deferred income
- Dealing with internal and external queries
