Sharp Consultancy are currently working in partnership with a well-known market leading specialist based in the Rotherham area who are looking for an Accountant to join the Group's commercial accounting process with a clear career path towards a leadership/management role within 12 months.
Our client is a specialist within a strong sector of Industry and their investment into R&D and market leading processes has positioned them at the front of their market both within the national and international marketplace.
You will be reporting directly into the Group FC who will not only lead but also mentor your progression as you initially join to support the commercial activities for the business but with a clear directive to take ownership of and then lead the wider commercial analysis for the business.
As well as working closely with the Group FD you will also be exposed to board directors and senior stakeholders as you look to develop within the wider business during a period of rapid growth for the client, in particular within finance.
You must be a qualified or part qualified accountant with strong communication skills and a high level of drive to progress within a commercial environment.
