This is an interesting project. It is for a group of companies looking to centralise their payrolls and change their processes and procedures including a change in pay cycle.
There are 3 businesses. Currently 2 have in house payrolls of circa 60 staff each. The other a payroll of circa 150 staff that use an outsourced payroll provider.
The project will be to align and centralise the 3 payrolls, moving the in-house payrolls to a outsourced payroll provider, and changing the pay dates to align all pay cycles.
They use a Time and Attendance system called Bodet. Experience of using this system would be extremely advantageous, although not essential.
What would be essential is experience of similar payroll projects.
The business is based near Doncaster with excellent links to the A1 and therefore M1 and M62 so is accessible from across South Yorkshire and West Yorkshire.
We are expecting this project to be completed over a circa 3 months duration.
