I am recruiting a Head of Operations for a high growth, global organisation, who are a market leader of their sector.

They provide over 900k resources to over 13m professionals across 25,000 customers in over 100 countries.

They have experienced 10% growth year on year for the last 4 years, with 13% growth predicted for this year.

Last year they acquired a software provider to add to their portfolio of services, since then they have been integrating that business into the group, now is the time to drive improved performance.

Hence, this is a new role as Head of Operations which will report into the Operations Director and drive performance across the teams in North Ferriby, Hull. There are 4 teams ranging from Customer Support Advisors, Technical Advisors and Sales Advisors, in total circa 30-35 people and that is expected to grow over the next 6 months to 40+ people.

Driving improved performance in this operation is part of their growth strategy.

You will take ownership of the customer operational teams including service delivery, personnel management, and customer experience.

Success will be measured by delivery against defined KPIs and SLA and a Net Promotor Score (NPS), as well as strong leadership performance and successful implementation of operational improvements and process changes.

We are looking for a manager, from any sector, with a track record of improving performance of large teams of customer facing staff in a high volume/high demand environment. We are looking for strong leadership skills and transformation experience.

We are considering candidates at circa £50k basic salary, plus there is a bonus.

The hours are 37.5 hours, Mon - Fri. 08:30 - 16:30 and this is Hybrid working, 3 days in the office in North Ferriby.
