FP&A Manager

Job description

 A well-established manufacturing business based in North Yorkshire requires an ambitious CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified Finance Business Partner or FP&A financial professional to join a company at an exciting period of growth.

 

Within this FP&A Manager role you will report directly to the Finance Director and be responsible but not limited to the following:

  • Provide financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards to provide clear visibility of performance metrics.
  • Support the integration of planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for new acquisitions.
  • Provide scenario analysis and financial evaluations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting tools.
  • Develop and maintain training materials for financial reporting, forecasting, and planning tools to upskill stakeholders.

As you progress within this role there will be potential opportunities to expand the current team, currently sitting at 2 direct reports. There will also be the potential to expand your remit and level of involvement in the company as they grow.

Ideally you will be able to demonstrate/have a professional finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a strong track record in FP&A, Proven experience in a manufacturing, Advanced analytical and modelling skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel and financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI or Anaplan), Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
