On the back of a hugely successful and profitable 2021/2022 this newly created Finance Manager role will help support future growth through acquisition.
Your duties will include:
*Supporting the commercial finance team in all areas of M&A providing the initial investigations and reporting on potential targets.
*Play a key role in the full due diligence and integration process.
*Advise on deals from smaller independents through to larger SME's.
*Provide continued analysis and commercial input across both finance and none finance areas.
As your experience grows within the role there will be potential for further career development towards senior Finance Manager/Financial Controller at group level.

Ideally you will be CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified with a strong technical accounting background. Previous experience of M&A either within analysis or advisory would be advantageous although not essential providing you can demonstrate positive career development to date.
