​A leading and rapidly expanding global manufacturing group is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its high-performing finance team. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially astute finance professional—ideally with a background in the manufacturing industry—to play a pivotal role in supporting strategic growth, operational efficiency, and acquisition activity across a multi-entity business.

As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of core financial planning and reporting processes across international operations. Working closely with senior leadership, you will ensure financial accuracy, deliver strategic insights, and support the continued evolution of the group’s financial capabilities. This hands-on role is ideal for someone looking to apply both technical expertise and business acumen in a dynamic, production-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of timely, accurate group-level financial reports and management accounts

  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes across global manufacturing sites and business units

  • Provide actionable insights and financial modelling to support acquisitions and ongoing performance improvement

  • Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline reporting and improve data integrity

  • Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure strong internal control compliance

  • Monitor working capital and cash flow, offering forward-looking financial guidance to leadership

  • Support M&A due diligence, financial integration, and post-acquisition reporting

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to align finance with business goals

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)

  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or production-based environments is highly desirable

  • Strong background in financial reporting, planning, and analysis within complex, multi-entity structures

  • Proven ability to drive process improvement and system optimisation

  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams and executive leadership
