The company has undergone rapid expansion since its inception, consistently posting year-on-year growth, with no signs of stopping.
They have a strong presence in the marketplace and as such are looking to recruit an ambitious individual who can offer strategic value regarding commercial decisions, working closely with the senior management team preparing the month end accounts and taking on further responsibility within the business.
The role consists of the below areas of responsibility, with additional opportunities related to projects.
Role Specification:
*Responsible for the compilation of the monthly management accounts
*Provide meaningful narrative around the financial KPIs to identify results, trends, opportunities and threats.
*Prepare the annual budget and forecast processes
*Compile the annual statutory accounting pack
*Oversee Quarterly UK VAT returns
*Manage VAT obligations
*Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders
*Ensure the efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
*Strive for ever greater efficiency and accuracy by leveraging the potential of modern integrated digital systems
*Line management of the department
