A Sheffield based manufacturing business are looking to recruit a truly ambitious and driven Qualified Finance Manager offering mentoring and scope to immediately grow into a Financial Controller.

This position will offer not only ownership around the finance function but equally in strategic value, analysing company performance and influencing business decisions and as a true market leader, innovation is a priority.
You will further play a pivotal role within the overall business, both in managing a small team and in overseeing the reporting, budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis / planning.
Responsibilities will include:
* Develop and implement financial strategies to optimise the company's financial performance and growth.
* Prepare accurate financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.
* Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, aligning financial plans with business objectives.
* Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
* Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering their skills and career development.
Person Specification:
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified
* Manufacturing experience (desirable)
* Excellent communication for effective collaboration
