Job description

​We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a Financial Services business in Leeds team. This is a high-profile role, partnering with senior stakeholders across the business to provide insightful financial analysis, challenge, and strategic decision support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing financial insight and recommendations.

  • Deliver robust financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

  • Analyse performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and trends.

  • Support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business cases with clear financial modelling.

  • Partner with non-finance teams to improve financial understanding and accountability.

  • Ensure compliance with financial governance and reporting requirements.

Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the below qualifications/experience:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong post-qualification experience.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.

  • Confident communicator, able to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.

  • Commercially focused, with proven business partnering experience.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
