We are recruiting for a Qualified Finance Business Partner to join an innovative, inclusive, and dynamic Financial Services business in Leeds city centre. The business is experiencing a sustained period of growth and are seeking a passionate and strategic Finance Business Partner to join the team to drive financial performance across the organisation.

The Finance Business Partner will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and support to your assigned business units, helping to shape and deliver strategic objectives. This position will work closely with senior management, offering financial expertise and advice to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as a strategic advisor to business unit leaders, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
* Analyse financial data and trends, providing actionable insights to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
* Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
* Monitor financial performance against targets, identifying risks and opportunities, and proposing corrective actions.
* Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
* Support the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets.
* Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing financial processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness

Ideally will be able to demonstrate the below experience:

* Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
* Strong analytical skills.
* Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Financial Services experience desirable.

Package Includes:
