Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working with a market-leading Manufacturing business based in East Yorkshire, in their recruitment for an experienced Finance Business Partner.
The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for delivering major business improvements, targeting revenue, savings and responsibility for Capex / project delivery. This role has been created to provide commercial insight for the business within its group setting. A pivotal part of this role will be the analysis and translation of performance data to various internal and external stakeholders, which will be imperative to the growth plan in place for the business. This will also offer the successful candidate vast commercial exposure across the business.

In this role, you will report into the Financial Controller and work closely with the Senior Management Team. This is the perfect opportunity for a Finance Business Partner looking to take their next step in their career and have more exposure across the business, as well as autonomy in their own workload. This opportunity provides a fast-paced environment and a plentiful workload, which will compliment a proactive individual.
Previous experience of working as a Finance Business Partner within the Manufacturing industry is preferable.

Responsibilities will include:
* Provide business insights through the analysis of materials and operational variances
* Promote strong business decisions that add long-term value to drive major business improvements
* Full responsibility for Capex spend forecasting and analysis
* Provide insight to the business through trend and variance Analysis
* Implementation of project delivery and benefits tracking
* Support forecasting performance review and KPI reporting process
* Support Forecasting & Budgeting process
* Internal and external stakeholder management

Person Specification:
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified (preferable) or Part-Qualified
* Recent manufacturing experience
* Sound decision making and judgement skills
