This is a full-time permanent position to cover the transactional finance elements while training to replace the current Management Accountant in June 2022.
The role
Sales Ledger
*Maintain Customer records
*Create Invoices and allocate Remittances and VAT to Customer accounts
*Liaising with a Factoring Company on a day-to-day basis.
*Petty cash invoices;
*Perform credit checks;
*Responding to queries;
*Account reconciliations;
*Working closely with the Treasury and Credit Control teams to maximise income within the business;
*Daily credit control procedures;
*Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams;
*Raising and posting of credit notes.
Required Experience
*Working knowledge of Sage Line 50 is desirable
*Excel skills are essential
*A friendly approach
*A flexible attitude to work
*Good communication skills
