Sharp Consultancy are excited to be working a well established Construction business based in Sheffield that are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their friendly and welcoming finance team, on a full time & permanent basis
This is an exciting opportunity where you can play a crucial role in supporting the accounts department by ensuring the smooth running of the financial operations
This role will include:
- Processing finance transactions, including Accounts Payable and receivable, Purchase orders and payments
- Reconciling supplier accounts
- Reconciling bank statements
- Sales invoicing and credit control
- Payroll administration
- General admin support when required
Skills and experience:
- Experience working in a similar role
- Ability to communicate effectively with people from within and outside the business
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of organisation
- Experience Microsoft packages
- Experience with Sage 50 would be beneficial but not essential

£24,000 - £26,000 FTE
