The candidate's responsibilities include:
* Assist and support Finance Manager as well across the finance department.
* Ownership of all Accounts emails.
* Data entry.
* General office administration.
* Holiday cover - this will mainly consist of answering queries and daily processing of customer receipts
* Purchase Ledger: entering & reconciliations
* Communicating with both external and internal stakeholders, following up on any queries or discrepancies.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
* Bookkeeping experience
* Experience using an accounting software
* Microsoft office & Excel skills
* The ability to take ownership of personal workload as well as being a key member of the finance team.
* Demonstrate an organised, methodical approach to work.
