You will be heading up a team of 3, working collectively to analyse, forecast and report on financial data. Your key responsibilities are:
* Lead the cost and other income elements of the company's quarterly forecasts and corporate plan
* Provide support and challenge to cost centre owners to ensure that costs are managed prudently
* Lead month end cost reporting
* Ensure all costs are applied accurately with postings to appropriate ledgers and cost centres.
* Manage accruals process to ensure accurate accounting with strong communication with the Financial Accounting and Financial Reporting teams
* Understand departmental priorities and needs and lead the cost team to ensure these are met.
You will be an ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified accountant with great experience in analysis and forecasting. Preferably you will have had previous exposure in a financial services background with previous management experience
