Your duties will include but not be limited to:
*Business partner to the commercial teams to support the delivery of financial targets.
*You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring robust financial controls for new suppliers.
*Ensuring month end reporting is completed in-line with business deadlines and provide analysis/explanation for financial performance.
*Commercial analysis of supplier performance and provide recommendations about the profitability of supplier/product lines to improve return on investment and identify any gaps/increase product offering.
*Developing processes and ensuring other members of the Finance team are following these processes so problems are identified quickly, invoices and rebates are being processed in a timely manner.
*Provide detailed analysis with commentary.
*Assisting with the preparation of budgets.
*Support and improve decision making through the provision of relevant, accurate and timely information.
*Supporting yearend audit.
*Ad hoc projects and reporting.
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the below experience:
*CIMA/ACCA qualified Accountant
*Have excellent communication skills and experience with dealing with non-financial stakeholders.
*Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Logical thinker and have had commercial experience.
*Advanced Excel skills with the ability to use pivot tables and vlook ups.
