Our Client an International Professional Services Business in Sheffield are undertaking a global System Implementation project and are seeking the support of an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of business requirement and design In relation to not only the underlying legacy systems but also the associated business processes to drive for Improvement, efficiency and standardisation across the International user base. This is a high exposure and complex program with the potential to run until Feb 2023. This role will sit in the functional design stream and support the functional business testing cycles change management / training activities and deployment.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
*Conduct thorough and detailed and thorough analysis of the existing Elite Enterprise systems to facilitate as is process mapping and definition of 'to be'
*Support the migration of the legacy system into SAP
*Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture and define business requirements
*Work with vendors to develop robust functional documentation / specification
*Develop strong relationships with Stakeholders across the program
*Ensure outputs correlate back to the core objectives of the program
*Escalate Issues as required
The successful applicant must demonstrate the following
*Proven success in the execution of Finance transformation / projects
*In depth understanding of work to cash processes and associated master data
*Experience of working with Fulcrum, SNAP, Elite Enterprise or similar legal PMS
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*Recognise both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies
*The ability to work on your own Initiative and well as part of a team
