Your duties will include but not be limited to:
*Assist with the preparation and production of monthly management accounts.
*Sales and purchase ledger duties.
*Assist with the reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts on at least a monthly basis and ensure that all discrepancies are identified and resolved regularly.
*Assist with the year-end accounts process.
*Assist with preparation of statutory VAT return and reporting.
*Assist with audit preparation tasks.
*Additional ad hoc duties as required.
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the following experience:
*AAT qualified or/and studying towards to an ACCA/CIMA qualification.
*Ability to effectively prioritise workload.
*Be a self-starter that can solve problems using logical thinking.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Analytical skills and a high attention to detail.
*Excellent Excel skills with the ability to use pivot tables and vlookups.
