The position will contribute to the timely, efficient, and accurate recording of financial transactions and assist with data analysis and compilation of financial reports, as well as workload management with the help of the wider team.

Duties and responsibilities:
*Assisting with monthly management accounts process, budgeting and yearend process as required
*Running the P&L and explaining variances
*Bank reconciliation
*Assisting with accruals and prepayments
*Raising of sales invoices, reconciliation of the sales ledger and assisting with some credit control
*Raising purchase orders and processing purchase invoices, adding invoice to xero, reconciliation of the purchase ledger and supplier payments, managing various supplier accounts
*Monthly payroll processing
*Overseeing the reconciliation of petty cash, expenses and credit card transactions and associate journals
