Sharp Consultancy are excited to be working with a market Leading and well-established business based in the North of Sheffield that since its beginning, have played a pivotal role in the agricultural and Food industries.
They are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their small and friendly finance team on a full time and permanent basis and to play a key role in the day to day running of the finance department.
This role will include:
- Raising sales invoices through Sage
- Posting and allocating sales ledger cash
- Reconciling cash received.
- Credit control
- Reviewing and processing supplier purchase invoices to Sage
- Raising and reconciling supplier statements on a weekly and monthly basis
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Skills and experience:
- Experience with MS Excel, Sage 200
- A proactive mindset
- Excellent communication
- Trustworthy
- Good attention to detail
- Experience working within a similar role
