I am working with a great business in North Leeds who are expanding the Finance and support function of the office by bringing in an Accounts Assistant who will also take responsibility for other administrative tasks including performing a front of house role as part of this unique and very attractive role.

The duties include, but are not limited to -

Accounts Responsibilities:
*Processing and closing off Purchase Orders on ERP system
*Matching of POs to GRNs to Purchase Invoices
*Processing of purchase invoices through Sage / EPR system
*Distribution and filing of purchase invoices
*Fielding purchase ledger queries
*Validating supplier information and bank details
*Confirming supplier statements against balances held on Sage
*General ledger reconciliations (e.g. bank reconciliations)
*Updating Sage for banking transactions
*Issuing Sales Order Confirmations from ERP system
*Raising sales invoices in ERP system
*Reporting on finance KPIs - e.g. Weekly sales, sales analysis by customer
*Scope to grow finance experience in other areas e.g. managing accruals, prepayments

Front of House & Admin:
*Taking/transferring calls, taking messages
*Greeting visitors, managing visitor fire/safety compliance (sign-in procedures),
*Providing refreshments
*Managing post in/out
*Monitoring and triaging various email inboxes
*Managing office supplies as required and reviewing/signing off related invoices
*Other ad hoc admin tasks as required

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous general Accounts Assistant experience but who would be interested in something with more variety and that's a little different to join a business who pride themselves in the friendly work atmosphere they have adopted.
