My client is looking the successful candidate to process Treasury transactions and support the business with a varied set of accounting tasks.
Working as part of a team and reporting the Treasury Supervisor your duties will include:
*Petty cash
*Dealing with any over payments
*Circulating sales reports to the sales team
*Management and reconciliation of nominal ledger control accounts
*Assist in the production of month end reports
*Checking accuracy of payments and claims
*Processing transactions onto excel
*Liaising with the sales ledger team
*Dealing queries from customers and colleagues
*Work with the payroll team regarding any issues with claims
*Daily banking
Ideally you will have:
*Good all round accounts experience
*Experience of working with high volumes
*Good IT skills
*Excellent level of accuracy
*Strong communications skills
