This role would be perfect for someone who currently studying their AAT, or someone who is a recent Finance or Accountancy graduate, looking for an opportunity to begin their career in Accounts. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate. This is an exciting opportunity as you will be joining a large, well-established business, which can provide lots of opportunity for development and progression.
Key responsibilities of this role include, but not exclusive to:
* Input and process of supplier invoices; both manually and electronically
* Preparation of payment runs for all companies and all currencies, by providing weekly payment schedules for approval
* Liaising internally and externally to resolve invoice queries
* Controlling foreign currencies for payment runs
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* Experience of high volume, multi-currency purchase Ledger function preferable, but not essential
* Ability to work as part of a small team within a bigger team
* Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Brilliant written and verbal communication skills
