As a Senior Manager within the practice (directorship would also be considered where experience justifies), you will work closely with the partners and leadership team in managing and inspiring a team of professionals and delivering outstanding corporate/business tax planning advice to their clients. Whilst a small element of compliance matters will form part of the role, you will predominantly advise on more complex taxation matters including M&A transactional tax. For such a senior role it goes without saying that you will be very experienced across a wide area of corporate/business tax advisory matters, have management and extensive client facing skills, and be fully qualified either ACA, ACCA and/or CTA.
