Working with the Credit Control Manager duties will include:
*Chasing payments via phone, letter and email
*Reducing debtor days inline with company procedures and KPI's set
*Allocating payments
*Negotiating payment terms
*Reporting on bad debt
*Escalating any issues
*Dealing with queries in a professional manager
*Maintaining customer relationships
*Managing a high volume of customer accounts
*Maintaining an accurate and up to date ledger
*Ad hoc accounts administration to support the wider finance team
Ideally you will have:
*Experience of working to deadlines and KPI's
*Ability to accurately and efficiently process sales ledger information
*Experience of working within a large organisation
*ERP experience
