The company has a great team culture and will make you feel part of the fixtures and fittings from day 1. You'll be based within the Accounts receivable team working alongside a credit controller and reporting into the Finance Manager.
You will maintain the company's Sales Ledger as well as assisting with the Credit Control function. You'll keep customer accounts up to date in line with their payment terms and forecast cashflow to senior management.
This role will include:
* Create Invoices to send to customers
* Deal with customer queries
* Credit Control
* CIS payments
* Ensure customers pay to agreed payment terms
* Work closely within the finance team and liaise across various departments
Skills and experience:
* 2 years' experience of working in Accounts Receivable
* Meticulous and focussed
* Excellent attention to detail
* A good communicator
8 - 4:30, Monday to Thursday early finish on a Friday
Can be flexible in terms of working hours for the right candidate
£24,000 - £27,000 per hour Depending on experience
20 days holiday + bank holidays
