The duties include, but are not limited to -
*Sending Invoices & Statements by email and post
*Posting and Allocating Cash
*POD's
*Contacting Customers by telephone and email
*Preparation of Credit Notes for sign off
*Processing Price Credits on the system
*Logging of Debit Notes & keeping spreadsheets up to date
*Using various Customer Portals for claims / disputes / Remittance Advices
*Liaising with internal departments
*Weekly cheque banking / preparation
*Scanning documents
*Sending Customer Complaints to Sites
*Dealing with Queries
