What You'll Do:

  • Connect with Customers: Use phone or email to collect payments, negotiate settlements, and set up payment plans.

  • Collaborate: Work with internal and external stakeholders to reduce aged debt and resolve queries.

  • Monitor and Manage: Track payment plans and defaults, ensuring accurate data and housekeeping.

  • Handle Write-Offs: Manage the write-off process in line with Delegation of Authority (DLoA).

  • Organize: Maintain spreadsheets and create legal packs.

  • Respond to Notifications: Take action on accounts when notified by Companies House about detrimental information.

  • Manage Insolvency Cases: Handle customers in insolvency and dissolutions, create landlord letters, and contact insolvency practitioners.

  • Support: Assist the disconnections team with ticketing and telephony support.

  • Prepare Legal Packs: Validate and prepare legal packs for processing.

  • Manage Mail: Handle post and mailboxes efficiently.
