UK wide consultancy with a professional and well-established customer base require an Accounts Assistant to join their team in their North Leeds based offices.

Working with experienced accounts assistants/management accountant this role will include the following duties:
*Matching receipts for Staff Expenses.
*Attach receipts and log Purchase Ledger Invoices to Purchase Ledger Spreadsheet dealing with any queries that may arise.
*Uploading information onto SAGE from receipts to invoices.
*Complete late returns.
*Cross check and pursue Credit Card Statements.
*Distribute information to other divisions.
*Reconciling petty cash on a weekly basis.
*Updating BACS and cheque transactions.
*Monthly Analysis
*Bank and Cash Flow Reconciliation
*Maintenance of essential Portfolio
*Credit Control when required

Ideally, you will have previous experience working within a Purchase Ledger or Sales Ledger role and be able to demonstrate a desire to pursue your development further towards a full accounts assistant position.
