The role is to work as part of an established finance team with a view to developing their career in accounts over the long term.
The duties include, but are not limited to -
*Take control and full autonomy in managing the full end to end Purchase Ledger function.
*Coding & posting invoices
*Gaining the appropriate authorisation on invoices
*Matching to purchase orders
*Payment runs and checking statements.
*Management of the purchase ordering system
*Query handling as needed
*Other Ad hoc duties when needed Required
We would be keen to hear from individuals with the following skills and experience:
*A strong background in Purchase ledger and dealing with purchase invoices.
*Competent in Microsoft packages, (excel) and previous experience of Sage 200 would be an advantage
*You will be able to comfortably work autonomously as part of a wider finance function
*Skilled in multitasking, prioritisation of workload, good organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills
