This Purchase Ledger job is a busy and varied one and no day is ever the same. Ideally you will have previous Purchase Ledger experience ideally gained in a volume processing environment. Previous query resolution experience would also prove to be advantageous.
Duties will include:
* High volume invoice processing
* Coding and processing invoices in a timely manner
* Query resolution
* Reconciliation of statements
* Maintaining accounts records
This role will suit a candidate with good attention to detail. Good communication and telephone manner are essential. The ability to work using your own initiative is something that our client is particularly keen for the successful candidate to demonstrate.
The role will be based in the clients Leeds centre office which is situated in an ideal location for transport links. The business has flexible and remote working options available to cope with the Covid19 situation however are planning to get everyone back into the office again soon.
