This role will include:
- Maintaining a purchase invoice log
- Entering Purchase ledger invoices to a high level of accuracy
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Matching of invoices to purchase orders
- Setting up new suppliers
- Managing and maintaining supplier records
- Ad hoc office duties
Skills and experience:
- Previous Purchase Ledger experience is Essential
- Excellent communication skills with both managers and suppliers
- High attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards problem solving
- Good Excel skills and the ability to adapt to new systems
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours
