A company based in Harrogate require an experienced Purchase ledger Clerk to join their dynamic finance team as part of a growing business. Due to the current demands of the market, a Purchase Ledger Clerk is needed to join the small finance team to keep pace with processing requirements and production of financial information.

The candidate's responsibilities include:
*Accurately maintain the finance system.
*Handling internal and external financial queries relating to purchase ledger.
*Liaise with key stakeholders across the company.
*Obtain all expense receipts for reconciliation and audit purposes.
*Ensure audit trails are in place and utilised to allow for enough reconciliations.
*Post and process payment of purchase ledger invoices and credit/debit notes.
*Ensure supplier payments are made.
*Ensure the purchase ledger is correct and up to date with the accurate reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
*Key communication skill across the department, working as part of a team whilst managing personal workload.
*Confident in providing analysis and reporting any updates to the financial team.
*Flexible and enthusiastic approach to work.
*Good analytical/organisational skills, maintain a high degree of accuracy.
