You will be accountable for the Purchase Ledger process, from purchase orders through to invoicing and reconciliation.
Duties will include:
*Matching and Coding invoices
*Preparing payment runs and remittances
*Reconciling supplier statements
*Processing staff expenses
*Managing petty cash and posting monthly
*Setting up new accounts and maintaining existing account details
*Query resolution
