Working with and reporting to the Financial Controller this role will involve:
*Purchase ledger support - matching, batching and coding of invoices on a daily basis
*Ensuring purchase invoices are available for authorisation
*3 way matching and liaising with site
*Sales invoicing daily using both in-house systems and manual invoice creation
*Ad hoc reception cover up to two days per week
Ideally you will be:
*Conversant with accounts packages
*Have a high attention to detail and excellent accuracy
*Available immediately
This is a full-time role available for an immediate start for the right candidate.
