Working in a very small Finance function you will be responsible for the management and efficient running of the Purchase Ledger ensuring all purchase invoices are processed effectively and making sure that making sure that all queries are dealt with in a professional manner. Along side this you will also have the opportunity to get involved with some marketing aspects within the business making this a unique opportunity in the market currently.

The duties include, but are not limited to -

*Take control of the purchase ledger function
*Manage, organise, and update relevant data using database applications
*Coding and processing of purchase invoices
*Matching to purchase order documentation
*Supplier statement reconciliations
*Collation of data for wages preparation
*Brochure and sample sending and logging
*Product label printing
*Answering telephone
*Social media posts
*Any other duties as directed by senior management

This is a great opportunity for someone with Purchase Ledger / general accounts experience to develop their career further where you play a key role in the efficient running of the accounts function and wider business. Both full time and part time hours can be considered.
