Position: Full Time Purchase Ledger Administrator
We're seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator to join this team. If you thrive in a busy but friendly environment, have a meticulous eye for detail, and enjoy working collaboratively, and have relevant experience this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coding & Processing Supplier Invoices, handling over 3000 supplier invoices per month.
* Efficiently processing staff expenses and mileage claims.
* Investigating and resolving supplier invoice queries promptly.
* Ensuring accurate reconciliation of supplier statements.
* Liaising with branches to obtain approvals and resolve disputes.
* Assisting with various administrative tasks.
Location: The office is conveniently located in Rotherham, just minutes away from Junction 34 of the M1.
Salary: The annual salary for this position is £25,000, depending on experience.
