Payroll - Sage 50 experience required
I am pleased to be working with a brilliant business based in Chesterfield that is looking for an experienced payroll candidate to join the team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be joining a fantastic team of payroll colleagues in a busy but friendly and hard-working environment.
Responsibilities;
*Support the full end to end process of 3 payrolls
*Monthly processing of circa 1000 employees
*Provide up to date advise legislations
*Resolve pay queries in a prompt and professional manner
*Calculations for overtime, sick, holiday pay etc.
*Reconciliations
*Payment and reconciliation of bonus and overtime payments
*Ensure prompt maintenance of staff records at all times including archiving and filing
*Producing payroll reports for the Accounts Department
*Accurately inputting any additional data on to the SAGE payroll system
*Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
*Other reasonable ad hoc duties
Essential Skills;
*Good working knowledge of SAGE 50 Payroll
*Minimum B in GCSE Maths or equivalent
*Ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workload
*Good oral and written communication skills
*Competent user of the Microsoft office suite
*Great organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
Salary
£21,000-£25,000 depending on experience
Role Type
Permanent - full time (9am-5pm Monday-Friday total 37.5hrs per week)
