The successful candidate will be responsible for:
*Monthly Payroll Processing
*Administering SSP SMP SPP schemes within ADP
*Processing all tax documentation including P45, P46, P60 and P11D's
*Real time information exchange with HMRC
*Completion and submission of payroll year end
*Pension administration, submissions and controls
*Coding and processing payroll journal
*Dealing with all employee payroll queries
*Monthly payroll reporting
*Monthly variance analysis - actual vs budget
*Reconciliation of all Payroll control accounts
*Ad-hoc analytical duties
We are keen to hear from individuals with the following skills and experiences:
*Strong payroll background, ideally in a stand-alone position previously
*CIPP qualified/part qualified (minimum level 2)
*Excellent knowledge of Payroll legislation
*Pension Regulation knowledge
*High standard of education
*Good communicator and interpersonal skills
*Good organisational skills and can work in a methodical manner
*Time management skills
