Role - including but not limited to
*Manage payroll's daily activities to ensure the effectiveness/efficiency of the payroll function
*Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant, and timely manner
*Manage and resolve issues relating to payroll production
*Oversee compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements
*Support all internal and external audits related to payroll
*Benefits administration
*Preparation of relevant (weekly, monthly, and year-end) reports
*Payroll reconciliation reports for Accounts department
*Ad hoc reports for management board meetings
*Oversee auto-enrollment - process pension deductions and refunds, process pension contributions to relevant providers
*Review and improve payroll policies and procedures
*Ensure all payroll information/records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements
*Ensure compliance with Payroll legislation and updates
*Provide an ongoing support and training to payroll staff
*Provide an ongoing support to HMRC, CSA, Job Seekers Agency, and others alike
