Working closely with the Payroll Team Leader this role will involve:
*End to end payroll processing
*Applying SSP/SMP payments
*Tax and NI calculations
*Ensuring payrolls are completed within tight deadlines and with accuracy
*Timely payments via BACS
*Administering any deductions required to salaries
*Maintaining payroll information
*Payroll reconciliation
*Dealing with telephone enquiries
*Ad hoc Payroll reporting
*Maintain confidentiality
*Other ad hoc accounts administration duties where necessary
Ideally you will have:
*Previous experience in a similar role
*Knowledge of RTI
*Knowledge of auto enrolment
*A good level of IT skills
*High attention to detail and accuracy
