Working within a small, close-knit payroll team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring payroll operations run smoothly and accurately each week. Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients to obtain accurate payroll data
  • Supporting the preparation and processing of internal PAYE and external umbrella payrolls
  • Maintaining accurate candidate and client records
  • Answering payroll-related queries via phone and email
  • Managing timesheet corrections and resolving discrepancies
  • Processing new starters and leavers
  • Issuing relevant HMRC forms such as P45s and P60s

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous payroll experience (desirable not essential)
  • Experience handling high-volume payrolls
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Confident with Excel
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a supportive, close-knit team
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
