I am working with a client that is looking for someone to join their team asap! An exciting growing business with fantastic offices.

The firm has been around for 40 years, has in excess of 150 employees and has a turnover of £15 million.

The role duties will include…
*Running weekly and monthly payroll for approx. 150 people
*Handling new starter and leavers
*Preparing induction documentation for Operations and HR Manager
*Calculate overtime, tax, pension contributions
*Dealing with queries from internal colleagues and external sources.
*Production of payroll reconciliation and control reports.
*Completing HMRC Employment intermediaries report.
*Managing the collation of timesheet data ensuring adequate controls are met to avoid any potential discrepancies with pay.
*Other adhoc payroll and HR duties

Monday to Friday, 9-5 with 1 hour lunch.

Personality Profile

The successful candidate must have a can do attitude and be ready to assist in other areas if required. They must also be confident in handling queries with employees and be able to solve them in the most efficient and professional way.

A great company that has a very low turnover of staff. One that doesn't come around too often!
