Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic digital accountancy practice as look to appoint an Office Manager to join their team in Sheffield.

 

Our client is an award-winning business with a highly unique portfolio of clients, known for putting staff at the heart of everything they do the successful applicant will be joining a friendly and welcoming team with a clear development pathway for those interesting in progressing.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position ideally in a Professional Services environment with strong communication skills and the ability to support at various levels of the business. This will include supporting Partners with ad hoc projects as well and overseeing an admin team on site.

 

Experience with Sage and / or Xero is a nice to have but not mandatory.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Overseeing Stationery Orders: approving stationery orders; cross checking delivery notes with invoices

  • Overseeing Office Maintenance: cleaning, repairs etc.

  • Overseeing Health & Safety & Fire Safety

  • Overseeing and renewing supplier contracts

  • Overseeing IT; dealing with any server, printer and software issues; maintaining Sage, QuickBooks and Xero

  • HR records: maintaining personnel records, sickness, annual leave etc.

  • New staff onboarding: liaising with IT company to set up user; set up PC for use; create various application logins; calculate holiday allocation; issue key company policies and notices.
