As a Management Accountant, you will be involved in:
- Preparing and analysing monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
- Providing variance analysis and commentary to explain business performance
- Business partnering with various stakeholders across the organisation to support decision making
- Working on ad-hoc projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability
Ideally you will have:
- A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or be actively studying towards one
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong Excel and IT skills, including experience with ERP systems
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A collaborative and customer-focused approach, with the ability to build strong relationships across the business
